A note about shipping: I practically insist that
you buy postal insurance for the value of the contents. I have had
too many problems with the USPS mistreating my packages. Generally that
will cost an additional $0.85. I only use UPS for very large packages
(say, over 50 lbs.); almost everything else will go priority mail for
long distances, and parcel post for short distances, i.e. OR, WA,
northern CA. I cannot get those great rates UPS advertises on their
site for commercial clients; the closest drop-off counter (at much
higher rates) is 20 miles from my house. On almost every package, the
rates I pay at a Mailboxes Etc. or similar commercial outlet
are about double the USPS rates, so I have quit using UPS for the
forseeable
future.
USPS rates are very easy to get off their web site (my zip is
97045); and are not as cheap as many of you seem to think they are. So
if you don't want to cover actual shipping and handling charges, please
do not order
from me. For so much of my material, it costs at least as much to ship
as
the cost of the material, but please keep in mind that my stuff is cheap
- I know no one else on the web offers the same kinds of material at
this low a price.
