Slab 22 | Jasper, unknown | 3 1/2" piece, this could be "Bog wood" but I don't see any identifying features. So it's a mystery for now. | YES

Slab 23 | Blue Mustang picture jasper, Owhyee Mtns., OR | 5 1/2" piece, this is litearlly next door to Rocky Butte but you can always tell them apart because it usually has white spots and Rocky Butte never does. You can still see it there today, just bring a dumptruck and an excavator because what's left is a few tons to 4 foot around solid boulders! You would be hard pressed to even get a flake off of one :( | YES

Slab 24 | Jasp-agate, unknown | 2 1/2" piece, this looks like Piaute agate from Oregon but I really don't know. | YES

Slab 25 | Bruneau Jasper, Idaho | 2 1/4" cute little half of a nodule. It has the classic overlapping orbs of this hard to find jasper. The mine was on the side of a cliff, down a horrible steep road in a deep canyon. Without blasting (which will never be allowed again) this jasper is gone for good :( | YES

Slab 26 | Oregon Sunset jasper, Richardson Ranch, Madras, OR | 3 1/2" slab, this is a special piece of some special (and super rare) jasper. I'll let it speak for itself :) | SOLD

Slab 27 | Rocky Butte Picture Jasper, Owyhee Mtns., OR | 4 1/2" slab. From the old seam so it looks completely different than the newer material. | NEW
![]() |
Slab 28 | Ocean Jasper, Madagascar | 5 3/4" slab from the "original" Ocean jasper location discovered in the mid-1990s. Needless to say it's mined out and they've moved on to other locations. Many other locations :) | NEW

Slab 29 | Blue Moon, Owyhee Mtns. OR | 2 1/2" piece, this has been lost to time. Trust me, I tried to dig it once, got skunked. | YES
![]() |
Slab 30 | Swiss jasper, Madagascar | 4 3/4" slab, I have seen exactly one piece of this and this is from it. Supposed to be from the same area as the Ocean jasper that Madagascar is known for. The overlapping orbs are amazing! | YES
![]() |
Slab 31 | Goldfield Jasper, Nevada | 3 1/2 slab, I think this is a rhyolite with a high opal content. It looks and feels like opalite I have collected in Oregon. Unkile most rhyolite it takes a mirror polish. | YES

Slab 32 | Swiss jasper, Madagascar | 4 1/2" slab, I have seen exactly one piece of this and this is from it. Supposed to be from the same area as the Ocean jasper that Madagascar is known for. The overlapping orbs are amazing! I made a "whoops" cut on the back so there's a slot in it. I would find a way to stick a stand into the slot and stand it straight up. | SOLD

Slab 33 | Rufus Picture Jasper, OR | 4" piece, very intricate patterns and a bonus cave for ants in this very rare (and very hard to polish!) jasper. | YES
![]() |
Slab 34 | Lily Pad Too jasper, OR | 4 1/2" piece, I found this and it's a twin of the Lily pad jasper, which in the same general area. The blobs are actually proto-thundereggs that never had the chance to fully form. | YES

Slab 35 | Blue Forest petrified wood, Wyoming | 3 1/2", thick slab. These are an extinct species of Pepperwood. | NEW
![]() |
Slab 36 | Petrified Wood, Yellowstone River, Montana | 2 1/2" river rock, I don't know about you but I've only seen agate from the river, so I'm guessing this is uncommon. Intricate growth rings, it could have been part of a root. | YES
![]() |
Slab 37 | White Fir Egg Yolk jasper, Ochoco Mtns. OR | 4 1/4" slab, this is near the well known jasper thunderegg bed and it appears to be the jasper cores of the eggs that have just about completely lost the shell. This is an exceptionally big piece. | SOLD
![]() |
Slab 38 | Succor Creek picture jasper, OR | 4 1/2" piece, the green tones are not very common in this jasper. | YES
![]() |
Slab 39 | Unknown jasper | 3 1/2" piece, it looks like Peanut Wood but it isn't. | YES

Slab 40 | Marston jasper, Ashwood, OR | 5 3/4" slab, stellar example of this jasper with almost all the colors it has. There is no more coming out, the deposit is exhausted. |
